Terms of sale
This document contains the general conditions of sale and those of use of the e-commerce site called www.albertandre.it. The conditions of sale indicated below concern the purchase of products on the site “www.albertandre.it, with the Albert André. brand, sold by LABORATORI PIAZZA S.R.L.
From now on, for convenience, we will call the company Laboratori Piazza S.r.l. the "Seller", "site" the website www.albertandre.it and "articles" the products sold on it.
The purchase is always bound by the acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and the privacy rules.
Currently shipments are made only in ITALY and GERMANY. Orders from other countries will not be accepted and therefore will be cancelled.
Orders are governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 of the Consumer Code, supplemented by what is indicated below.
The purchase of the items on the site can only be made by private users. The user must be of legal age and resident in Italy and Germany. There is no minimum order amount.
Vendor means Laboratori Piazza S.r.l. with legal and administrative headquarters in via Henry Dunant n. 25 in Guidizzolo (Mantua); REA number MN-126678; tax code and VAT number 00264510207. Company established in 1974. The company's production plants are located at the same address.
The Albert André® brand is the exclusive property of Laboratori Piazza S.r.l.
Orders
The items purchased by the private user are to be considered intended for personal use and in no way can they be subject to resale.
If the product purchased by the buyer is not available, we will take care to promptly notify it, which will be followed by immediate cancellation of the order and subsequent refund, naturally including shipping costs. In case of unavailability of the ordered item, no responsibility in this regard will be attributable to the seller. In the event of partial unavailability of the items in an order, we will notify the customer, leaving the latter with the decision whether to receive part of the order (and relative refund of the difference), or cancel the order entirely.
We try to reproduce, in the photographs on the site, the colors of our articles as faithfully as possible. However, some minor differences between the article and its representation may occur. The seller does not consider this a defect such as to require a return. No right of withdrawal can therefore be exercised in the event of slight variations in color between the article and its photograph.
It is the seller's right to be able to change the quality and price of the items on the site without notice.
Item Warranty
The seller guarantees its products free from any defects. However, as already indicated in the "right of withdrawal" section, we recommend a visual evaluation of the item before it is worn. In fact, if tried, not only is the item non-returnable, but you could incur damages not attributable to manufacturing defects.
The guarantee cannot be applied in any way if it is evidenced with reasonable certainty that the purchase is not intended exclusively for private use. The seller's liability is always limited to pre-existing defects, but does not concern defects arising from improper use by the buyer.
Sales prices
All prices displayed on the site and in the order are expressed in EURO and are inclusive of VAT.
The seller reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time and without notice. The prices displayed on the site at the time of order confirmation will always be applied.
Seller's liability and force majeure
The seller is not responsible for direct and indirect damages deriving from product defects. It is also not responsible for damages deriving from delays in deliveries, due to force majeure or temporary unavailability of the ordered products. In all other cases, the seller's liability will never exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for products sold that have caused consequential or accidental damage.
Intellectual property
The website, including any information and materials contained therein, are the exclusive property of the seller. Any total or partial reproduction by any means (except as explicitly provided herein) as well as any distribution, publication, transmission, modification or sale of information and materials contained on the website, is to be considered expressly prohibited.
All registered or unregistered trademarks and logos displayed on the website as well as the domain name www.albertandre.it are the exclusive property of the seller. Any use of these trademarks for any purpose is to be considered prohibited. .
You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained on the site or its contents. You may access or view the content of the website on your computer or other device and you may make one copy of the pages posted on the site for your private use, provided that each copy of such webpage contains all copyright notices and other protection contained on the site.
