Right of withdrawal
The recipient of the goods received by courier must verify the integrity of the package or bag containing the goods. If the package is damaged, the customer is required to sign "with reserve" or, if the damage is particularly important, not to accept it. In the latter case, the recipient is required to promptly notify the seller of the non-collection.
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within and no later than 14 days from receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised after notifying the seller through:

The communication must specify: Name and surname, order number, quantity and description of the items to be returned, defects found.
In any case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller will only accept returns if shipped via traceable methods. The seller will replace or refund the defective item not before having received and examined it. The seller will then provide for any replacement or refund of the order no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods. In the case of returning some items of an order, the seller will reimburse the buyer the amount due, excluding shipping costs.
The seller will replace the items only in the event of a manufacturing defect. No item will be replaced if it has been worn or used, even if only for proof of size. This is due to elementary hygienic reasons. The sock is an intimate garment that comes in close contact with the skin. Likewise, returns of items that show wear or abrasions deriving from normal use of the product will not be accepted.
The seller reserves the right to request, before any return shipment, photographic documentation of the defect of the item or items to be returned.
However, it will be up to the seller from time to time to evaluate, between replacement or refund (even partial).
Shipping
All shipments are made by express courier and are traceable. The indicative delivery is in 2-3 working days from the moment of the order. Shipping is free for orders over € 59.90 both for Italy and for the rest of European countries. For orders under € 59.90, there is a shipping fee of €5.90 for Italy and €14.90 for the rest of the countries.
The delivery date is for indicative purposes only, furthermore the seller cannot be held responsible in any way for delays not attributable to his own will. However, the maximum availability of the seller remains in this regard. The customer is required to notify the seller's customer service:

if, after 5 working days, you have not received the goods or if you have rejected the goods due to serious damage to the same.
In case of incorrect shipping address indicated by the customer in the order form, the seller cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the package
